Orders & Tracking

What payment methods do you take?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna and PayPal

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched you should receive an automated email from Evri with your shipment confirmation and tracking details.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders that are ordered on bexyglow.com will be shipped out from our UK based warehouse.

Orders placed before 12.00pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days.

Orders placed after 12.00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following 1-2 working day. 

Orders are sent via a Royal Mail service or EVRI.

Can I change my delivery address?

No, once your order has been placed, we can only ship to the registered address provided. Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address on checkout. 

I received a discount code, how do I use it?

Discount codes received with orders are single-use and can be applied on checkout on your account where your original order was placed.

What happens if my order goes out of stock?

Any items ordered that have gone out of stock will automatically be refunded to the same account and payment method used.

I’ve received the wrong order?

Should you have received the wrong item and/or order, this must be reported to us by email hello@bexyglow.com 24 hours after receiving your order.  The incorrect item will need to be returned to us along with your invoice slip. On receipt of receiving the incorrect item back, a refund will be issued, or the correct item will be sent out. 

Can I cancel or amend my order?

We are unable to cancel, amend or change any parts of your order, once your order has been submitted. This is due to our quick processing times, where your items may already be dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE: we do not take responsibility for incorrectly entered information at check out. If you have entered your address incorrectly, the package will need to be returned to us before a refund or re-send can be issued. The customer is liable to pay for further shipping costs.

Shipping & Returns

How much does Shipping cost?

UK MAINLAND Standard Shipping is £4.99 (2-4 working days).

NORTHERN IRELAND Standard Shipping is £6.99 (2-7 working days).

We ship via Evri or Royal Mail.

We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. Bexy Glow is not liable for any consequential loss due to late or failed delivery, nor will we refund postage costs.

Please note that during busy times of the year (e.g., Christmas, Valentine's Day) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, we will display last delivery dates on our home page and social media. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to United States, Canada, Australia and most of Europe.

We ship all international orders via DPD or DHL.

Please allow 2-17 working days to receive your order.

Please note we do not have control over international custom entry regulations and your order may be subject to import duty or tax.

What is your returns policy?

Bexy Glow is unable to accept returns for all items, due to the nature of the product and for reasons of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards. Opened products are subject to cross-contamination and cannot be resold.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

To ensure an efficient service please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be able to accept your order. Our courier will inform you of your delivery via email and/or text message.

If you miss your first delivery, a second attempt will be made. After the second attempt your parcel will be stored at the local depot for 24 hours. Failure to collect your parcel, will result in your order being returned to Bexy Glow.

Once we have received your order back at our warehouse, a refund will be issued excluding delivery costs. If you’d like for us to re-send the parcel, you’ll be required to cover the return cost as well as extra charges.

My order is missing an item?

Any item not received must be reported to us by email hello@bexyglow.com 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your invoice and contents in your package. At this point, we will contact the courier to investigate.

My order has arrived damaged?

Should your item and/or order arrive damaged, this must be reported to us by email hello@bexyglow.com 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include a clear picture along with your order number. At this point, your information will be assessed, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, our products are cruelty free, we believe in beauty without cruelty!

Can I use any brand of Monomer with Bexy Glow Acrylic?

Yes, our Acrylic powders can be used with any brand of Monomer. Although we recommend for best results, pairing our Violet Glow Monomer with Bexy Glow Acrylic Powder.

Do I need to use a Primer with Violet Glow Monomer?

Our Violet Glow Monomer is built with ultra-adhesive primer included. For that added extra adhesion, Primer can be added if preferred and will not affect the application.
